PFA Machined Parts
PFA machined parts are designed for high-purity and corrosive environments where metal contamination or chemical degradation cannot be tolerated. Made from perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) resin, these parts combine chemical resistance, low ion release, and high thermal stability, making them ideal for semiconductor, chemical, and pharmaceutical systems.
ESI offers custom machining and forming services for a full range of PFA products: tubes for fluid transfer, fittings for leak-free connections, filters for particle removal, and lined parts for pressurized or corrosive piping. We also produce wafer carriers and cassette boxes for safer wafer handling during cleaning and processing. In addition, rods and sheets are available as base materials for fabricating manifolds, supports, and panels in wet process equipment. Each part is manufactured under strict dimensional control and material traceability to meet SEMI F57 standards and ensure stable, long-term performance.
